1. The service
Funding Fastlane (“we”) operates an informational website and matching service that helps businesses learn about financing products and grant programs and, at the business’s request, connects them with independent third-party funding partners. We are not a lender, do not make credit decisions, and do not guarantee that any partner will make an offer or that any grant application will succeed.
2. Business use only
The service is intended for owners and authorized representatives of businesses seeking financing for business purposes. It is not for personal, family or household credit.
3. Your information
You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. You agree that, if you request matches, we may share your information with funding partners as described in our privacy policy. If you provide consent to be contacted by phone or text, you represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number.
4. No advice
Content on this site is general information, not financial, legal or tax advice. Rates, terms and program details change frequently and are provided by third parties; verify everything with the provider before relying on it.
5. Third parties
Offers, contracts and communications from funding partners are between you and the partner. We are not a party to those agreements and are not responsible for partner conduct, terms or decisions. We receive compensation from partners; see the advertiser disclosure.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to submit false information, to scrape or harvest data, to interfere with its operation, or for any unlawful purpose.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to one hundred US dollars.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
