What we collect, why, who we share it with, and your rights.

This is a working draft prepared for the business owner to review with counsel before launch. It reflects how the platform actually handles data.
What we collect
Information you give us through the qualification form: name, email, phone (optional), business name, state, and answers about funding amount, time in business, revenue range, credit range, purpose and industry.
Information collected automatically: pages viewed, funnel steps completed, referring site, campaign parameters (UTM and click identifiers), browser type, and a hashed (one-way, salted) version of your IP address. We do not store your raw IP address with your lead record.
Cookies and storage: we use first-party browser storage to remember campaign attribution for 30 days and to keep your place in the form during a session. If analytics tags are enabled they are configured to anonymize IP addresses.
Why we collect it
- To match you with funding products and, with your consent, funding partners.
- To send you the results and follow-up information you requested.
- To measure and improve the site (which pages and campaigns lead to useful matches).
- To prevent fraud and abuse.
- To comply with law.
Who we share it with
- Funding partners you are matched to, so they can contact you about business financing. We share the information you submitted plus your match results. Partners are independent companies with their own privacy policies.
- Service providers that host and run the platform (hosting, email delivery, analytics), under contract.
- Authorities when required by law.
We do not sell your information to data brokers. Sharing with funding partners in exchange for compensation may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under some state privacy laws; you can opt out below.
Phone and text consent
If you check the consent box, you agree to be contacted by us and our funding partners by phone and text at the number provided, including by automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text or emailing us. We keep a record of the consent language, time and technical details.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your information, to opt out of sale or sharing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise them, email hello@fundingfastlane.com with the subject line “Privacy request”. We verify requests using the email or phone on file and respond within the time required by law (generally 30–45 days).
Do not sell or share my personal information: send a request as above. We also honor Global Privacy Control browser signals where required.
Retention
Lead records are retained while the business relationship or legal requirement exists, generally up to 24 months from last activity, then deleted or anonymized. Analytics events are retained in aggregate.
Security
Data is transmitted over TLS and stored in access-controlled systems. No method is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information we will notify you as required by law.
Children
This service is for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18.
